What time do you start?
You have me for a minimum of 8 hours and when you book me for your date, I don’t plan anything else so I can start (and finish) whenever you wish.
Do you travel?
Yes I do! If there is over an hour of driving/commuting to and from the wedding, overnight accommodation is required. Travel outside of the U.K. is not included.
What happens if it rains?
Then you might get lucky and see a rainbow! Seriously, it’s best not to worry about what you can’t control. You will still have an amazing day - I mean, you’re getting married right?!
Are you insured?
Yes of course!
How long does it take to get our photos back?
Normal turnaround time is 4 weeks.
Help! I hate having my photo taken…
Don’t worry. Most people are and I’m used to this. I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve to help you!
How many photos do I get?
You will get approximately 500 carefully chosen photos for an 8 hour day.
Will you make us do certain poses?
No. I very rarely intervene unless it is absolutely necessary. However I’m not snooty and if people want to carry the bride or groom or chicken or whatever it is they like carrying, I won’t refuse to snap it just because ‘it’s not my style’…the day is all about you and whatever you and your people want to get up to! what happens if you’re ill on the day?
I am part of a large professional wedding photographer network, so in the worst case scenario it’s more than likely we’ll find someone with a similar style and standard on standby.
what else do you need from us?
The more I understand about about you i.e. your vision for the day, hopes, any little worries you might have etc and most importantly all the unique relationships you have with your guests on the day, the better it will be for your photo outcome. It’s always about the people!
